It's Potty Time...

Tomorrow is the big day. I don't know whether to be excited or full of dread. Tomorrow we start potty training. Grace sat a couple of times today on the potty with her clothes on and she did alright, although tomorrow could be a whole different story.

I've got my mop ready, as well as many changes of clothes and underwear for Grace laid out. I'm trying to go cold turkey with the diapers - just a diaper for naps and bedtime. Pray for my sanity as well as Grace's understanding of the potty.

And in other news... Joy has started to army crawl. She'll probably be crawling quickly in the next few weeks. She still is a little sweetheart.

Sorry for not adding any pictures. We honestly haven't taken very many over the last couple of weeks. I'm not sure why, I guess we just have been forgetful.

Go Gracie, Go Gracie...Oh...I guess it may not be funny! I was thinking of how big our #1 grand daughter is getting. She is growing up! She is so smart that I'm sure once she has an accident or two she will be all over that "potty" thing!
Go Joy, Go Joy...Oh how quickly they do get around! I can't wait to see her again and I see by the pictures (not recent :) ones since you didn't post any this time!) those girls are nearly the same size!
I also noticed in the last photos on the Snapfish albums that Joy really looks like some of her daddy's baby pictures.
If you want me to bring a pile of those old photos of "little Richie" I'd be happy to!
We can't wait to see you all again - we'll be leaving Nebraska on the 21st so hope to see you the next day!
Love ya all.

By the way...I need more photos. I'm meeting up with some friends from my church there in Muskegon the week I'm there and they all want photos of the grandbabies! This is what we all love sharing - grand children's photos!
Geez, I sort of feel old!
Anyway, I print them off on my printer so hopefully you'll post more prior to our leaving here!
Love ya,
Mom B

Good luck Grace! Nate and I know you can do it. Just be patient with yourself and you'll learn this whole bathroom thing! Just remember...your mom and dad are nervous too! :)

Hey Joy...way to go on the army crawling. I know you're excited to get going and tear up the house. Before you know it you'll be using those little legs of yours!

Miss you both!

Hi Grace, If Great-Grandma can master this BLOG thing, then I know you can master the 'good-girl' thing. That is what your Grandma always said...and it worked.
Our love to Joy...creeping comes from crawling...you'll get there kiddo. Love you all. GGma & GGpa F
