I meant to do this around Joy's birthday, but of course that was busy and then the girls got sick. So here it is more than two weeks later - better late than never.
Joy is quite the observer. She will sit and stare at something and try to figure out how it works by watching it for a really long time. Notice how she just looks at the card and lets me read it to her rather than her grabbing it away from me.
She has turned into quite the silly little girl. Now that she can walk she loves to be chased by us and will laugh and giggle so hard that she can hardly walk anymore. She also walks a lot with her hands up like this. She looks like a zombie. It is so funny!
Joy is our cuddler. She still loves to be held - by anyone - and is always the first of the girls to ask to be on our lap. Rich & I love that she is a cuddler, because Grace never really liked to.
Joy LOVES to eat! Seriously she will eat ANYTHING! Yesterday at lunch she ate raw onions and didn't even flinch. We never have any problems getting her to try new foods.
I don't have a picture of this but Joy loves to play mommy. She has a Cabbage Patch baby doll that she has to have with her all the time. She carries her by the neck which is a little frightening, but I'm sure she'll learn there are better ways to carry babies as she gets older - well hopefully. :)

We love our sweet Joy Joy and are so thankful that she is a part of our family. She truly does bring a lot of joy, fun and laughter to our family. We love you Joy and we look forward to many more years of great times with you!

Oh thank you for the pictures of our precious little Joy. Yes, Joy, we all love you. You are such a sweet little sister to Grace. You are a very lucky girl to have a big sister Grace. You two girls each have a sister, one of God's precious gifts. You will love each other, fuss at each other, and defend one another for the rest of your lives. What a precious little girl, both Joy & Grace! I love and miss you both so very much. I certainly hope your mom & dad will bring you to Nebraska sometime soon to see all of us here who love you dearly too!
