Today is Rich's 27th birthday. He has now entered his upper 20's. I love to tease him about this because I'll always be younger. :) He had to work, of course today, so we didn't do much of anything until he got home. We went out to dinner with the kids and came home and haven't done much of anything. Just a relaxing birthday... which is nice.
I bought Rich tickets to a Michigan game in October for his birthday. Nate & Staci will be coming with us as well. We're SO excited about it. Well I think Staci and I are more excited about the people watching, rather than the actual game, but nonetheless very fun.
Rich's dad bought us a bike trailer to pull behind Rich's bike. It is so great and Gracie absolutely loves it. She talks about going on a bike ride all the time. Although, I'm riding my bike that I bought in the 4th grade so it's a little on the small side, but will have to do for now.
Well because it is Rich's birthday I will brag a little bit about him because I'm his wife and I can. Rich is the greatest husband and father. He is very supportive, caring, loving, hilarious and just great to be around. I'm so proud that I get to be his wife and best friend. I love you Rich and I hope you had a great birthday.

Happy 27th Birthday, Rich! We had a great evening with Doug and Linda . . . we were saying that with Josh turning 28 last Tuesday and you 27 today . . . well, you're just making us feel older.
Sounds like you had a relaxing evening and now can anticipate that MI game.
Tomorrow night we'll hang out with D & L again and hopefully C.

Happy belated birthday Rich! You told me about the Mighigan tickets. Great gift idea by Darcie. Rich was one of the first friend to get his drivers licence in high school. Love you guys and God bless you!
Rich is a GREAT GUY! Yep, not just cause I'm his mom am I able to say that. The love and affection he displays to his family is always a refreshing lift of ones spirits. A character for sure!
I know that U of M game will be a great time for all of you...go early, tailgating is the BEST and you get some excitement with the crowds - for sure!
It was great seeing you all again on our visit to MI and we look forward to Christmas in Nebraska.
