Joy continues to live up to her name. She is pretty much always happy and content, unless she is super tired or hungry, but then who isn't crabby? She had her 6th month check up about a week and a half ago. She was 18lbs. 4 oz. and 27 1/4" long. She is in the 90% for height and weight. She now only weighs about 9 lbs. less than Grace. Crazy I know! If she keeps this up she'll be bypassing her sister before we know it.
We got the all clear from the doctor to start her on veggies. So far she is loving them. Although she has only had sweet potatoes. On to carrots tomorrow.
She found a fun new game. Hiding in the blanket and poking her head out. She thinks she's pretty funny.
All of these new foods and playing can tire a girl out. Pretty soon we're going to have to buy her the bigger car seat. Her little feet already hang off the edge of this one.
Look who loves her Grandpa Jackson! I never realized how much Jackson she really has in her until I saw her with Doug. How precious!

Joy is so cute! Her smile really does live up to her name! And what a little busy body...those Jackson girls! Where do they get it? Very cute picture of her and Grandpa Jackson. She really does take after the Jackson side of the family!
Grandpa Jackson really did find a cutie in Joy. (an amazing picture) GGpa & GGma Jackson must have had a great time with the little ones too. Our lives are truly blessed with the addition of Grace and Joy...and all of the family who love and care for them. GGpa & GGma F.
