Grace sure is learning! She seems to want more and more stuff to learn and it is almost like Darc and I can barely keep up teaching her new things and keeping her challenged. Darc found this bag-o-letters that go into the bath and Grace LOVED it! She took a really long bath that day. She scooped up all the letters she could and used them to spell things out.
There was even a little toy for baby Joy. A little ducky that sang a duck song to Joy, and well we will just say that she ate it up.
Grace is so smart, we did have to coach her a little bit, but she got Grace and Joy up on the wall.
Since we usually call Grace, Gracie, we also get used to saying Joyzee. Here is Gracie's rendition of that in alphebets.
Now I know women have eyes in the back of their heads but it appears that Grace also has an I on top of her head (She will be really good at watching out for bird bombs!).
These letters are both a blessing and a curse. They occupy Gracie for long periods of time, unfortunatly now she likes baths even more than she already did and now she will throw a fit when she has to get out. WE CAN'T WIN! Oh well I would rather her love her bath than hate it.

Yeah Grace! I'm so excited that you want to learn so much. Way to keep mom and dad on their toes. And your spelling? Keep practicing. The only way you can learn to spell is in the bathtub! Love ya!
Go Grace, Go!!! It is fun to learn to spell, and much more fun make a big splash in the bathwater. Actually GGma hated spelling, and was never very good at it, until I found out what that little 'spell-check' icon meant. Now I do a lot of clicking. Play in the water while you can, keep Mom & Dad busy cleaning up. Love you...Love Joy too. GGma & GGpa F.
