Where oh where have we been?

I know I know, it is has been almost two weeks since I last updated. We've been really busy (likely excuse I know) and then just when I was ready to post our Internet went out for over 48 hours! It is now back (obviously) and I am so happy. We never realized just how dependent we are upon the Internet, especially for our employment. So anyways, we are back now and I promise to up date more than twice a month.

So what have we been up to you ask? A whole lot of nothing really, but for some reason we feel really busy. Rich especially has been busy with work and has been doing very well. He also is in softball right now and we're in two small groups, so that is probably why we feel so busy because we are gone almost every night of the week, but we do enjoy it!

The girls are doing well, except Grace is sick again! Seriously, what is wrong with our family that we have been sick almost constantly for the last month!?! ARG!!! I think it is just a bad cold, but she is very whiny so it is an illness in my book. Joy is becoming so much more vocal. And she finally calls me mommy now instead of saying daddy and laughing after she says it. Such a stinker! She also loves to sing now! It is so cute to hear her try to sing. Her favorite song is the "ABC's".

We are enjoying getting outside to play more and more, although it would be nice if the weather didn't keep dipping below 60! Come on people, this mid-May. This weekend looks like it should be really nice, which is great because Grandpa Jackson is coming for a visit.

So that is pretty much the update. Sorry for the lack of pictures as well. I guess I forgot to take some of those too over the last 2 weeks. :)
