A Great Weekend

WOW!! What a great weekend last week (the 6th). It was so nice here, it got up to about 72 in the afternoon, so we finally decided after dinner that we all needed to load up and walk down to the park, and the girls LOVED IT! They had so much fun. Darc and I had a great time too, especially when we put the girls down at night and they both were out in minutes.



This was the only time that I went down with Joy. After that she just zoomed down without me.....my little bebe is growing up so quickly.

Grace of course was in her element at the park. She was just going down the slide and running right back up. She was great to watch run around like a squirl.

Here is Joy right after I went down with her. She shunned her mom and just turned right around and went right down the slide. After that she turned into quite the little slide riding machine herself.

Grace talked about the swing a little bit so of course Joy wanted to try it also. She really liked it, she is a little more daring than Gracie too so she was able to go a little higher than Grace would and it was funny.

It is too bad that warm weather did not hold. The rest of the week around here was much cooler (low 50's on the good days & rainy and cloudy all week). But it was nice to have a great taste of warmer weather to come this spring. My hostas are starting to come up, and so are the tulips, so it better start warming up for good. Oh well, it is not what makes or breaks my day, but you know what, it sometimes helps. It was fun while we were there.
