We took the girls to the doctor last night and they do not have any sort of infection (thankfully), however they do have a nasty virus. They both have temps, really bad coughs, sore throats, pressure in their ears and runny noses. Sounds like fun, huh?
Grace seems to be doing a little bit better today. She slept all but an hour and half yesterday, and still slept all night, so we knew something was definitely wrong with her. Today though she has only taken 1 nap and is actually playing a little bit. I hope we're on the way to recovery, but I don't want to get a head of myself.
Joy hasn't been nearly as lethargic as Grace, but she is very clingy - although I can't blame her. She still has been such a sweetie and is playing pretty much normally. She must not have gotten as bad as her big sister.
So things are looking up, but we aren't out of the woods yet. The doctor said this could last 7-10 days. This is only day 3-4. Yikes...we still have a ways to go I guess.

Poor babies!!! I feel terrible for these sweet little ones. I want to come and tend to them - if only I could just escape and come to give some help! I'd love to care for them and give mom & dad a break too - I know you get tired too and need rest to continue to care for them. I know you two probably have a rotation or something and work well as a team so no doubt have everything under control. Know that this grandma is keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. Please let us know if we can do anything else...we love you all!!!

Hey little Jackson girls! We hope you are feeling better! Please make sure you get a lot of rest because we need you to be 100% for our Super Bowl party on Sunday. We can't wait to have you over, oh and your parents too!

We are glad for a little improvement for Grace and Joy. We love you girls, and are so sorry about your being sick. Does Charlie remember to take a nap when you do??? We sure don't want Charlie to get sick, and we are sure he does take advantage of the 'quiet' time the girls give him. Love to all of you,
