Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to all you dads and grandpas out there. I know I'm only a half week late, but better late than never. We had a very laid back and relaxing day.

Why does Grace have to smile so cheesy all the time?

Daddy and his girls!

Ok so I know this picture isn't recent, but we have to make mention of Poppa Jack too. Happy Father's Day. We miss you and can't wait to see you in about a month!

Grace has injured herself yet again. Just after we finished taking the pictures (see above) she literally ran right into the rose bush, scraping her face and shoulder. She of course was crying, then stopped abruptly and said "I did it."

Grace is celebrating her daddy by eating his favorite fruit, watermelon. Or in Gracie's vocabulary it's called wanermenon.

We got together with Nate & Staci on Father's Day evening and walked the boardwalk. We of course had to stop at the park so Grace could play on the playground. She was so excited that Nate went down the slide with her. She is STILL talking about it 4 days later.

Staci, Charlie, Joy & I relaxing in the shade. It was a HOT one on Sunday, so we let Nate & Rich chase Grace around. :)

We hope you all had a good day, we sure did. Love to you all!!!

How wonderful you all look and yes, the girls are growing up so quickly! I notice it so much (being far away) and I am well aware of how much I am missing! I hope all the dads enjoyed the outing - looks like everyone is happy!
Grace may be cheesy but so cute - who cares?
Joy looks like she is going to love to chase after Grace (when the time comes) and keep her moving! They always look adorable in thier outfits - Darc, your a good little shopper!
I am looking forward to seeing you all again in August!
Love, MOM B

Grace...I forgot to mention how lovely your toes look! I know you just love looking like your mom. I think she likes it when you look like her too! :) I bet you can't wait until you can paint Joy's toe nails!
Love ya!

P.S.-Nate keeps talking about playing on the playground too! He loves playing with you Grace...and he can't wait until Monday when he can chase you around the campground! :)

Happy Father's Day...with Grace and Joy it is Happy Every Day. What fun to have a friend like Nate to slide with you Grace. And the 'ouchies'...talk to Grandma Marcia. She had lots of them too, she ran into everything. She loved her big dog (German Shepard) named Buck, and they played like you do with Charlie. Why doesn't she like big dogs anymore?
Happy Day to Grace and Joy too...love you GGpa & GGma F.

Whoops...when Great Grandma's get old and repeat themselves people think they are losing it. Actually, it is just that this little old GGMA doesn't know just how to navigate a BLOG!! Sorry.

That's okay Darcie! This blog will keep us well informed I am sure. (I probably misread something that is why I thought you were coming.) We will have to call you to let you know what all is going on right now.
